Fundraiser for the Ukraine

Staring at my keyboard. This post is hard to write.

With my heart breaking every morning after I’ve woken up and realized there’s a war going on, I need to try to do something. No one can do everything but everyone can do something, right? I’ve been trying to do a similar thing before and not been able to go through with it for multiple reasons. But time I can, and I am.

My idea is this:

Artists often have originals laying around. Some of them perhaps we don’t like, some we saved just because, and some perhaps we intend to sell in the future. I’m selling those originals at a decent price as a fundraiser for the Ukraine. The art is not in my current style but that’s ok.

I also got StickerApp to sponsor a sunflower sticker that I drew that I’m also selling as a fundraiser.

I will donate all of the proceeds to the UNICEF’s work for the Ukrainian refugees. AND! All donations I can make before April 8th will be doubled by the Akelius Foundation. I’d love for you to join me in this by either purchasing something or sharing this in social media. To spread this idea I’ve started the hashtag #artaidukraine
